Advanced Roofing & Waterproofing, LLC provides commercial building owners with the highest quality waterproof reflective coating systems or traditional solutions, if appropriate. We specialize in restoration of commercial metal, modified bitumen, single ply, built up and asphalt roofs using the highest quality waterproof energy efficient coating systems. Our coating systems are typically one-third to one half the cost of a roof tear off and replacement and warranted leak free for at least 10 years. With offices in Pensacola, Jacksonville, Tampa and Leesburg FL and and Birmingham AL and Jackson TN, we have installed millions of square feet throughout Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, Louisiana, and Tennessee.

RESIDENTIAL

Advanced Roofing & Waterproofing installs metal roofs for new construction and replacement metal roofs for the residential and commercial markets. We are experts in stone coated steel tile, shake, and shingle roofs that provide the owner with a lifetime warranty. We also provide and install prefabricated exposed fastener panel and hidden fastener standing seam metal roofs as well as on site roll formed standing seam metal roofs. When metal roofing is not an economically viable choice we install asphalt shingle roofs.
